These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and PokeTrack.io, operated by MIG Development, LLC ("PokeTrack," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at poketrack.io and related services, including the web application, card scanner, Pokedex, trade board, and all associated features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You may also create a username for your public profile. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at nick@mig-dev.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent feature limits or for any other purpose is prohibited and may result in account termination.
PokeTrack provides a platform for Pokemon Trading Card Game collectors to:
Free accounts have access to all features with the following limitations: one active set for full collection tracking at a time, and 10 card scans per day.
Pro subscribers receive unlimited access to all sets and unlimited daily scans. Pro subscriptions are available at $4.99/month (monthly) or $3.99/month (billed annually). Prices are subject to change with notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in your account settings.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at nick@mig-dev.com.
We may grant complimentary Pro access at our discretion. Complimentary access may be modified or revoked at any time without notice.

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by PokeTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Pokemon, the Pokemon logo, and all related character names and images are trademarks and copyrights of The Pokemon Company International, Nintendo, and their licensors. TCGPlayer is a trademark of TCGPlayer, Inc. PokeTrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities. Card images and artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes.
Prices displayed on PokeTrack are for informational purposes only. Price data is sourced from third-party providers and is updated periodically. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Portfolio valuations are estimates and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Price alerts may be delayed. PokeTrack is not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice.
The Trade Board facilitates discovery of potential trade partners. We do not guarantee the completion, fairness, or safety of any trade; act as an intermediary or marketplace; verify the condition or authenticity of listed cards; or assume liability for disputes arising from trades. All trades are conducted at your own risk and are private transactions between users.
The AI Card Scanner uses artificial intelligence to identify Pokemon cards. Card identification is not guaranteed to be correct and results should be verified by the user. Scanner availability and accuracy are provided "as is."
By You. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at nick@mig-dev.com. Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POKETRACK, ITS OPERATOR, OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PokeTrack and its operator from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Service.
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at nick@mig-dev.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, pricing, free tier limitations, and Pro subscription benefits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PokeTrack regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
