What It Is

A Binder Is a Collection You Build Yourself

Pick any cards you like: everything for one Pokémon, a favorite set, or a hunt for one rarity. Browse a set or search by card name, number or set, select as many cards as you want, and add them in one go. A binder can hold cards you don't own yet, so it works as a checklist as well as a showcase. Deleting a binder never touches your collection.

Filling a paper binder too? Print a placeholder for each empty slot.

Owned and Missing

See What You Own and What's Missing

Cards you own show as owned and the rest show as missing, with an owned count and a percent complete. Missing cards are greyed out, so you can see at a glance what's left to find.

A binder page of nine card pockets: owned cards in full colour with a green check, missing cards greyed out with a Missing label, and each price labeled TCGplayer.
Example binder page with 4 of 9 cards marked as owned. A green check means owned. Prices are a snapshot from 2026-10-04.

Each binder also shows its value and where the price comes from. Prices are TCGplayer prices, with eBay asking prices where TCGplayer has none. eBay asks are what sellers are asking right now, not what cards sold for. Cards with no price are counted and labeled rather than quietly left out.

Two filled binder pockets and an empty one: an owned Mega Greninja ex with a green check and a missing Mega Darkrai ex, each with its price labeled TCGplayer (prices are a snapshot from 2026-10-04). Below them: Values use TCGplayer prices, with eBay asking prices where TCGplayer has none.
Share

Share a Binder, or Browse Ones Other Collectors Made

Binders are private until you share one. Turn on Share in Discover and the binder gets a link you can send. Paste it into a chat or a post and it shows a preview with the binder's name, who made it and a mosaic of its cards. Other collectors can find it, browse it and copy it as their own with Use this binder.

Anyone who opens a shared binder sees your username, the binder's name and description, and its cards with their prices and price source. We never show your email or zip code. Search engines are asked not to list it.

Discover is for ideas. Nothing is bought or sold there.

The Discover directory in PokeTrack.io: a search box and shared binders by mig57, each shown as a 3x3 mosaic of its cards, starting with Gold Binder.
Trade Binder

Keep a Trade Binder for the Cards You'd Trade

Your Trade binder sits at the top of your binders. Cards you add to it are listed in Local Trading, so collectors near you can find them. Only cards you own can go in. Your public Trade page shows it as binder pages with card art, prices and price source, and another collector can tap a card to propose a trade. It is not part of Discover.

FAQ

Binders Questions

What is a binder on PokeTrack.io?
A binder is a collection you build yourself from any cards you pick. You can browse a set or search by card name, number or set to add cards, and each binder shows which cards you own, which are missing, and its value with the price source.
Are my binders private?
Yes, until you share one. Sharing is a per-binder switch, off by default. A shared binder shows your username, its name and description, and its cards with prices and price source. We never show your email or zip code, and search engines are asked not to list it. Turning sharing off makes it private again, but anyone who already copied it keeps their copy.
What is Discover, and can I buy or sell there?
Discover is a directory of binders other collectors have chosen to share. You can browse and search it and use a binder as the start of your own. It is not a marketplace: nothing is bought or sold there. Cards you want to trade go in your Trade binder, which appears in Local Trading, not in Discover. Each collector can copy a binder once.
Why does the Trade binder ask for my zip code?
Only when you add cards to it and no zip code is set. Local Trading needs your zip code to show how far away your cards are. Other collectors see a rough distance, like "within 25 mi", or just your city. Never your exact location. Zip codes are US only for now.
How many binders can I make for free?
Free accounts get 3 binders plus the Trade binder. Pro gets unlimited binders.
