Open Collection, switch to Graded, tap Add graded card, pick the card, enter the grading company and grade. English and Japanese cards both work.

Can I track graded Pokémon cards on PokeTrack.io?
Yes, free in Beta. Open Collection, switch to Graded and add a slab by choosing the card, the grading company and the grade. Graded cards do not have market prices yet.
Do graded cards have prices?
Not yet. They show No market price yet and are not counted in your collection value.
Are grades or certificates verified?
No. You enter them and PokeTrack.io does not check them.
Which grading companies?
PSA, Beckett (BGS), CGC, SGC, TAG, ACE, ARS and AGS, plus Other for a company that is not listed.
