Free printable Pokémon binder placeholders
PokeTrack.io prints a text-only placeholder for every card you're still missing, from any set page or Pokémon's Pokédex page. Placeholders mark empty binder slots until you get the real card. Nine fit on a page, on Letter or A4, with optional cut lines. It costs nothing, and you only need a free account.
How it works: print placeholders for the cards you're missing
- Open a set or a Pokémon. Sign in to PokeTrack.io, then open a set page or a Pokémon's Pokédex page and tap Print placeholders.
- Choose what each placeholder shows. Tick any of name, number and set, rarity, variant and set code. A live preview shows what you'll get.
- Pick paper and cut lines. Choose US Letter or A4, and turn on cut lines if you want dashed lines to cut along.
- Download the PDF. Tap Download PDF. The PDF is made in your browser; your card list isn't sent anywhere.
- Print at 100%, cut and slide in. Print at 100% (Actual size), not Fit to page. Cut out the placeholders and slide one into each empty slot.
What's on each placeholder
You choose what each placeholder shows. Tick any of these:
- Name: the card's name.
- Number and set: printed like 045/193 · SV02.
- Rarity.
- Variant: Normal, Reverse Holo, Holofoil and so on.
- Set code on its own line: PokeTrack.io's own letters-only code for the set. It is not the official set symbol.
Every placeholder also has a PLACEHOLDER band across the top and the line "Not a real card · poketrack.io" at the bottom. There is no card art, no logo, no set symbol and no price.
What's on each page of the PDF
Each page of the PDF carries "Page 1 of 3" style numbering and this line: Fan-made placeholders. PokeTrack.io is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company or Nintendo. Page 1 also has a header with the set or Pokémon, the date and the card count, a reminder to print at 100%, and a 50 mm bar so you can check the scale with a ruler.
Each placeholder is about 61 × 86 mm, a little smaller than a standard card. A name with a character a PDF can't print shows a ? in its place, and the print window tells you how many.
From a set page or from a Pokédex page
On a set page
- Open any set in the PokeTrack.io app and tap Print placeholders in the set's row of action buttons, next to Trade.
- You get a placeholder for each card in the list that you don't own, in set-number order.
- A search, a rarity or signal filter, or the Want tab narrows the PDF to match, so you can print only the rarities you're chasing.
- It works on every set, including sets that are locked on the free plan. Not sure which set to start with? Browse all sets.
On a Pokédex page
- Open a Pokémon in the Pokédex and tap Print placeholders at the end of its share buttons.
- You get every card of that Pokémon you're missing, across sets, ordered by release date, then set, then number.
- The PDF follows the language you've picked on that page (All, English or Japanese), so pick English first if you collect only English cards. The page's search and filters apply too.
Why PokeTrack.io prints from your missing list
PokeTrack.io already knows which cards you own. So it prints only the cards you're missing, in set-number order, with only the fields you pick.
