Sealed Tab (Beta), "They Need These" in Trade Offers, Honest Insights Movers and Signals on More Cards
New and live: a Sealed tab for the booster boxes and ETBs you own, a "They need these" group in trade offers, and Insights without the Beta tag, with movers and signals that need real price history behind them. Set pages and the heat map got fixes too.
Track the sealed product you own
Collection now has a Sealed tab, marked Beta. Search for the booster boxes, ETBs, tins and other sealed products you own, add them with a quantity, and see what they’re worth at today’s sealed prices. Filter by era, set, product type or language. The total is quantity times the TCGplayer market price. A product with no TCGplayer market price, including one that only has a seller’s asking price, shows No price yet and is left out of the total, and the page says how many. You can also save what you paid per item. It’s optional, and it isn’t used to calculate profit or loss. Remove an item and Undo is right there. Your sealed list is private to your account. Sealed products from English sets are listed today. The Insights tab that shows sealed market prices is now called Sealed market, so the two don’t get mixed up.
"They need these" in trade offers
When you build a trade offer, the card picker now starts with a They need these group: cards of yours that the other collector doesn’t have, from sets they’re at least halfway through. Each row shows the set and a "% complete" figure for them. Tap a card to add it to your side. If PokeTrack.io can’t check what they need, the picker says so and offers Try again, instead of showing an empty list. Your Trade binder and your collection are still below it.
Insights is out of Beta, with honest movers
Insights no longer carries the Beta tag. We also tightened what counts as a mover. A card now appears in the Market tab’s Buy, Bottom, Moving up, Moving down, 30-day low and 30-day high lists, and in your Biggest movers, only when it has at least 12 different TCGplayer market prices over the last 30 days, at least 5 over the last 8 days, and prices on at least 28 of the last 30 days. eBay asking prices never count. A big one-day jump on a card that is rarely re-priced is usually one re-price, not a trend, so it stays off the lists. When no card qualifies, a Market list says No card qualifies for this list tonight. instead of disappearing. Lists can be short.
Signals on many more cards
Stable, Hold, Watch and Down signals now cover cards priced at $1 or more that have TCGplayer market prices on at least 28 of the last 30 days. After tonight’s price update that is about 17,000 English and 10,000 Japanese cards. Buy and Bottom signals still use the stricter mover rule above, so they appear on fewer cards. A card with too little history, or priced under $1, shows "—" and the reason.
Set pages: Japanese labels, honest rankings and a labeled eBay fallback
Set pages for Japanese sets now say (Japanese) in the title and heading. The Most Valuable ranking on a set page now ranks only cards with a TCGplayer market price. Cards that would have placed on an asking price, or have no reliable price, aren’t ranked; the page lists them by name under Not ranked, with the reason, instead of dropping them. Many Japanese chase cards only have asking prices, so on those sets they appear under Not ranked rather than in the grid. Where TCGplayer has no price for a card, the page shows an eBay asking price and labels it eBay asks. Asking prices are what sellers want right now, not what cards sold for.
Heat map: real era names
The Insights heat map now names eras properly, such as "Black & White", "HeartGold SoulSilver", "EX Ruby & Sapphire" and "McDonald’s Promos", instead of ids like "BW-PROMOS" or "EX-RS-PROMOS". Japanese eras add " · Japan". A set with no era is grouped under Other sets.
Smaller changes
The annual plan now says Save about 20% in the upgrade banner, the upgrade dialog and the homepage toggle: $48 a year against $59.88 for twelve monthly payments of $4.99. The Affiliate item in the app menu now opens the affiliate view. The site footer links to PokeTrack.io on Instagram and Facebook.
Open Collection, then Sealed (it carries a Beta tag). Search for a booster box, ETB, tin or other sealed product, add it with a quantity, and PokeTrack.io shows what your sealed products are worth at today’s sealed prices. You can filter by era, set, product type or language, and remove an item with Undo available. Sealed products from English sets are listed today.
Only a TCGplayer market price counts. Your total is the quantity of each product times its market price. A product with no market price, including one that only has a seller’s asking price, shows No price yet and is left out of the total; the page says how many. The price you paid is saved if you enter it, but it isn’t used to calculate profit or loss.
It’s a group at the top of the card picker in the offer builder. It lists cards of yours that the other collector doesn’t have, from sets they’re at least halfway through, with the set and how complete it is for them. It checks up to 300 of your cards, your Trade binder first. If the other collector needs none of your cards, or their profile is private, the group doesn’t appear.
A card counts as a mover only with at least 12 different TCGplayer market prices over the last 30 days, at least 5 over the last 8 days, and prices on at least 28 of the last 30 days. eBay asking prices never count. This keeps a single re-price from looking like a trend.
No card met the mover rule when the lists were built. The list keeps its heading and says so instead of filling up with weaker picks. Lists can be short.
Cards priced at $1 or more that have TCGplayer market prices on at least 28 of the last 30 days. Buy and Bottom signals need the stricter mover rule, so fewer cards get them. A card with too little history, or priced under $1, shows "—" and the reason.
The ranking uses TCGplayer market prices only. A card that has only a seller’s asking price, or no reliable price, isn’t ranked; the set page lists it by name under Not ranked, with the reason. Where TCGplayer has no price for a card, the page shows an eBay asking price and labels it eBay asks.
No. The Beta tag came off Insights on October 9, 2026. The new Sealed tab in Collection carries the Beta tag.
