Fixes: Card Search by Full Name and With Apostrophes, TCGplayer Collection Import and Connecting Discord
Four fixes, all live now: search that puts the card you typed first, search that copes with apostrophes, a TCGplayer import that matches your export, and a clearer Discord connect.
Search finds the card you typed
Typing a full card name like Mega gengar now finds that card, instead of reading the last word as a set name and showing only that set’s cards. A search that is exactly a set’s name or code still opens that set. Apostrophes no longer break search either: team rocket's mewtwo works with a straight apostrophe, with the curly one an iPhone types, or with none. Card-name filters elsewhere in the app, such as in your set views and All Cards, handle apostrophes the same way.
TCGplayer collection exports match
Collection exports from TCGplayer now match to the right cards. Set names that start with a code, like SV09:, are understood, and product names are cleaned up before matching. You still review the matches before anything is saved, and rows that could be more than one card are flagged for you. Large files are now matched in smaller batches, which fixes the “Matching failed” error big exports were hitting. Open Import to try it.
Connecting Discord, explained
Discord sign-in doesn’t work inside the in-app browsers of apps like Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. If you tap Connect Discord in Settings from one of them, you now get a notice telling you to open poketrack.io in Safari or Chrome, with a Copy link button and a Try anyway option. If connecting fails for another reason, the message now says so instead of leaving you guessing.
Affiliates get the @Affiliate role when they connect Discord
If you’re an affiliate and connect Discord after you’re approved, you now get the @Affiliate role automatically. Before, the role was only given at approval, so an affiliate who connected later was missed.
Search used to read the last word as part of a set name and could show only that set’s cards. Now PokeTrack.io checks for a card with the full name you typed first. A search that is exactly a set’s name or code still opens that set.
Yes. It works whether you type a straight apostrophe, the curly one an iPhone types, or none at all.
Export your collection from TCGplayer as a CSV file, then open Import in the app, upload the file and check the column mapping. PokeTrack.io matches your rows to cards, you review the matches, and nothing is saved until you confirm.
Large exports used to be matched in batches that were too big and could time out. They are now matched in smaller batches, and a batch that fails is retried once in smaller pieces before you see an error. If you still see the error, try again or contact support.
