Delete your PokeTrack.io account

Delete it in the app

1. Open the PokeTrack.io app, or go to poketrack.io/app, and sign in.
2. Go to Settings > Danger zone > Delete account….
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete my account.

Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.

Ask us by email

If you can't sign in, email nick@mig-dev.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your collection, wishlist, binders, price alerts, trade listings, invite link and history
• Your profile and settings
• Card scan photos we kept from your scans. Even if you keep your account, a scan photo is deleted within two hours when you don't confirm the card, and a kept one after 30 days at most.

Records we must keep for accounting or moderation are anonymized, so they are no longer linked to you. Internal team notifications on our private Discord server may be kept after deletion, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Product analytics data held by our analytics provider, PostHog (the pages and features you used, and session recordings, linked to your account ID and possibly your email address), is not deleted automatically when you delete your account. If you want it removed, email nick@mig-dev.com.

If you have a subscription

• A subscription you bought on the PokeTrack.io website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account in the app. You won't be charged again.
• A subscription bought through the Apple App Store is billed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
